The booking is valid only after it was fully paid by the traveler. Conditions for booked but not used services there are following cancellation policies:

In case of bookings for 1-4 nights you may cancel latest 3 days before starting your journey, without any charge. If you cancel less than 3 days before starting your trip, you need to pay a cancellation fee for 1 night, if you forget to cancel, you pay for the full participation.

In case of bookings for 5 or more nights you may cancel your reservation 7 days before starting your journey latest, without any charge. If you cancel less than 7 days before starting your trip, you need to pay a cancellation fee for 3 nights, if you forget to cancel, you pay for the full participation.

The amount of your payment (or the part of it, after cancellation fees are deducted) will be transferred to your bank account in 7 days.
